Campaigns
On 20th July 2024, EduLit Foundation launched a campaign to support the education of 25 tribal children in Purulia, West Bengal. These children, aged between 8 to 14 years, come from marginalized communities with limited access to formal education. During the campaign, our team provided learning materials, school supplies, and mentorship programs aimed at encouraging these children to stay in school and continue their education. Recently, we conducted a live video conference with the same group of 23 children, led by our Chief Executive, Aria Biswas. This interactive session allowed the children to share their progress, express their dreams, and engage directly with Aria. It reinforced EduLit’s commitment to creating ongoing relationships with the communities we serve, ensuring sustained educational support and personal growth.
At EduLit Foundation, we believe that health is the foundation of success. Our Health and Wellness Campaign focuses on providing essential sanitation products and education to women in rural and underprivileged areas. On 20th July 2024, we organized a sanitary pad distribution drive in villages where access to these products is scarce. In addition to providing the necessary hygiene products, we also conducted educational workshops on menstrual health, teaching women how to take care of themselves and prevent diseases. This campaign is part of our broader initiative to improve health outcomes for women in marginalized communities, ensuring that they have the knowledge and resources to lead healthy, dignified lives. Through these efforts, we aim to break the stigma surrounding menstruation and empower women with the confidence to take control of their health.
